  • In most cases, new patients are seen within 1–7 days, depending on availability.

  • We treat a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, insomnia, and mood disorders. We also support patients managing ongoing psychiatric medications and those seeking second opinions or medication reviews.

  • We specialize in psychiatric evaluations and medication management. We can offer short term therapy, while we do not provide long-term psychotherapy, we frequently collaborate with therapists and can refer you to trusted therapy providers if needed.

  • Telepsychiatry allows you to meet with a licensed psychiatric provider through a secure video platform. You receive the same level of professional care as an in-person visit—without travel, waiting rooms, or long scheduling delays.

  • Your first visit includes a full psychiatric evaluation where we discuss your history, symptoms, past treatments, goals, and any concerns. Together, we create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, lifestyle recommendations, and therapy referrals.

  • Follow-ups are generally every 4–12 weeks, depending on the medication and your progress. Some conditions require more frequent visits initially for safety and effectiveness.

  • We may prescribe controlled substances when clinically appropriate and safe, in accordance with state and federal regulations. Some medications may have additional requirements, including follow-up frequency, drug monitoring programs, or documentation.

  • Refills are typically sent during scheduled follow-up appointments. If an adjustment is needed between visits, we offer secure messaging through our patient portal to ensure timely support.

  • We ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee, as appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.

  • We accept most insurance plans, however for self pay or balances owed we accept major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and mobile payment options where available.

  • You only need:

    • A smartphone, tablet, or computer

    • A stable internet connection

    • A private, quiet space for your visit

    Our telehealth platform is simple to use and requires no downloads.

  • Yes we do accept insurance and accept most plans. We currently are not accepting Medicaid patients. We also accept private pay patients. Many patients use superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Yes. Numerous studies show telepsychiatry to be equally effective for evaluations, medication management, and ongoing mental health treatment.

  • Some medications require periodic labs or monitoring. If needed, we’ll order labs through a local facility convenient for you.
